Not able to delete emails from shared mailbox
Hello Team,
I have a mailbox which is shared. User A is having access on that mailbox.
I have added That mailbox as additional Mailbox. when i click on delete button or right click delete i am not able to delete that messages and from any folder.
I have configured User A profile on multiple system and in each and every system i am not able to delete emails
I am using O365 business plan and my Outlook is professional plus with latest update
I removed the mailbox which is shared and added that account as Multi Ex so i am able to delete it
I am running scripts in background so i dont want to add that mailbox as Multi Ex(By going into account settings and adding new email with credentials)
I have given full access to User A on that mailbox on the portal. I removed the access and then re added the access and then also i am not able to delete emails
I have tried safe mode
I have tried online mode
I have tried cached mode
I have tried Right clicking folder for example Inbox and given User A as owner permission from outlook.
I have done the same method of giving permission from OWA
If i open Mailbox in OWA by logging in Using User A and then clicking another user's mailbox and opening mailbox which is shared and i am able to delete emails there.
No user who has access to that mailbox which is shared are able to delete emails from that mailbox.

Arabic language corruption on owa 2007
Dears
we intend to migrate our exchane server 2007 installed on Windows server 2008 Enterprise so we started by updating Exchange server 2007 reaching sp3 and also installed Rullup 14. After updating, all mails sent in Arabic language are received as question marks (????).

Error saying email is too large to send when it isn't
I have a user receiving an error saying that an email she is sending is too large. The email is about 5 MB total with (size includes)a couple of attached jpeg files. The send connector limit is set to 30 MB, and so is her profile. She is getting the following error:<o:p></o:p>
#550 5.3.4 ROUTING.SizeLimit; message size exceeds fixed maximum size for route ##<o:p></o:p>
We have exchange 2007 (mailbox, transport hub and edge all running separately) running on server 2008 sp2. The user is running outlook 2010 on windows 7.<o:p></o:p>

Outlook certificate warning for Exchange servers FQDN
We are in the process of migrating from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013 and have the following setup:
- 1 Ex2010 server:
sola-exchange.addomain.local
- 3 Ex2013 servers set up in a DAG:
sola-ex13-1.addomain.local, sola-ex13-2.addomain.local, sola-ex13-3.addomain.local
- Split DNS with all Virtual Directorys set with the same internal and external hostnames in URL:
webmail.domain.com, oa.domain.com, eas.domain.com, autodiscover.domain.com.
- DNS round-robin for the above domain names pointing to each of the 2013 server IPs
- Wildcard certificate *.domain.com
- NTLM authentication for Outlook Anywhere, the CertPrincipleName has been set to msstd:*.domain.com
The problem:
Everything seems to work as it should, but users are presented with a certificate warning 20 or so seconds after opening Outlook.
Example: When I open Outlook I get a warning that the certificate name does not correspond with the name of the server. It tries to connect to "sola-ex13-3.addomain.local" and the certificate is the wildcard *.domain.com.
An other user might get the same warning but for an other server FQDN, sola-ex13-2.addomain.local.
This does not happen when connecting externally. Published with a TMG server.
Why does Outlook try to connect to a servers FQDN when al the virtual directory URLs are set?

oof not working from outlook
hi ,
i have exchange server 2010 and outlook 2013 on the client laptop
i cant enable automatic replies from outlook 2013 it says cannot enable ... the server is currently not available
note that i can enable oof from owa
i run test email configuration on outlook 2013 using autodiscover it is replying: autoconfiguration was unable to determine your settings
outlook anywhere is enabled in exchange 2010 console
anyone can help me to solve this issue

Outlook anywhere doesn't work in Exchange 2010 environment
Dear all,
Could you help me out with the problem.
There is Exchange 2010 server and ISA 2006 installed in the system. The problem is that users are not able to connect to Outlook when they're out of office.
Outlook anywhere is configured on Exchange 2010 and listeneres exist on ISA as well, but the issue still comes up. Frankly speaking, I haven't been working with ISA for years, perhaps I miss somethings.
ANy advice you can give me to resolve this issue?

Upgrade to 2013 OWA
One of my customers is currently running MS Exchange 2010 SP3. There are a lot of issues with the 2010 OWA and the newer browsers like IE 11 and Chrome. IE11 only runs the light version of the OWA and chrome will not allow most of the buttons on a new
message to work. I am trying to figure out if it is possible to upgrade from the 2010 OWA to the 2013 OWA without having to upgrade the entire exchange server itself. Is this something that can be done or am I just grasping at straws here?

Exchange 2013 OWA HTTP error 404
I cannot access OWA from a browser anymore. Accessing https://localhost/owa gives me HTTP error 404.0. I have tried re-creating the OWA virtual directory using ECP but this has not helped. Some other references suggest re-installing CAS role however our Mailbox and CAS are on one server and I believe a full re-install is the only way achive this. This seems like a massive job to be unless I am mistaken. I there another way to fix this?

Sent items missing from beyond 1 year ago

I have a user, one user, whos Sent items are missing from 1 year ago and beyond. I am not aware of anyone else esperiencing this, and I know I am not. It seems to be pretty dead on a year of sent is there, and then nothing. OWA reflects the same thing. She claims she did not delete and Auto Archiving is not on. I am at a loss as to where to even start really. Any help would be appreciated.

It is also not in the deleted or recoverable items so I assume they were never deleted at all otherwise they would show up in one of those two place.

POP3 with TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2
I have a front end load balancer to a backend Exchange 2010 CAS Server running POP. I need to disable SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 and only use TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 for obvious reasons. I am able to disable SSL 3.0 and can still access pop via Outlook and mobile devices but when I disable TLS 1.0 I get an SSL handshake failure when trying to authenitcate to POP.
What's the solution? Also an official KB article on this subject is requested.
Currently on the front end from external connections to the load balancer I can support TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 but the load balancer does not give me the ability to enable TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 from the load balancer to the Exchange CAS server. In essence I can't have end to end TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 with the current version of the load balancer but I'm need TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 from client devices to load balancer then TLS 1.0 or SSL 3.0 from the load balancer to the CAS server.
How do I configure pop3 to accept TLS 1.1 or 1.2 on the front end from clients?

How force Outlook 2013 to connect to a specific exchange server.
Hello,
I currently have 3 exchange 2013 servers with CAS and mailbox role for each one. All mailboxes are on SV03 server and autodiscovery and mail records are pointing to sv03. My internal URL is pointing to SV03 and external is pointing to mail.
I want to get rid of SV01 server because I don't really need it. But some users outlook 2013 proxy setting is pointing to SV01. Just for testing purpose , when I shut down SV01 these users outlook weren't able to connect. If I change the url to sv03 or creating new profile , no problem.
I guess my question is, how can I ensure outlook will only connect to sv03 or SV02.

Exchange EWS url username and password.
Hi,
I was requested by someone in my other post to access the Exchange EWS url and post the information I get from there but whenever I go to the url, it keeps asking me for username and password over and over again. I have tried entering my username in any syntax I can think of as well as trying admin username and passwords but none work.

I was not the person who was involved in setting up the servers so I don't know if there is a specific username and password made for the EWS url or I have to use my normal credentials. My original post contains the main reason why I need to access the EWS url to begin with which has to do with Mac computers not being able to connect to the Exchange server whereas windows computers face no problems.
Looking at my original post might provide some more context as well and any suggestions or support is highly appreciated.

MAC Outlook 2011 new contacts is not syncing.
Hello Guys,
Please help. Does anyone has experience that whenever a new contact is created from Outlook 2011 / OWA vice versa is not syncing / appearing to MAC Outlook 2011?
Did this steps but, it didn't fixed the issue. Tried also to rebuild the profile but, still the same.
2. Tick Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm) and check all items you want to export and click the right arrow to continue.
3. Tick No, do not delete items and click the right arrow to continue.
4. Save the .olm file in your local directory.
5. When the export is complete, click the Done button.
6. Delete this file in your User’s Library/Preferences folder: (com.microsoft.Outlook.SyncServicesPreferences.plist)

Outlook Security Alert - "the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site"
Due to our company changing names, we recently moved to a new domain. All users were at first getting a certificate error when opening Outlook "the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site." After our network admin made some changes, nobody receives this error anymore except one user. The URL at the top of the security alert is the old domain, mail.olddomain.com. I checked the users Exchange Proxy Settings in Outlook, everything is showing the URL's of the new domain so I'm not sure where this is coming from. I'm assuming it has to be something on her local machine since she is the only one who still gets the error.

Hello All, Just making my Q very simple,
I have 2 Exchange server 2010 (DAG) in same site, server A and Server B.
Server A is my primary database server all 6 database are mounted on Server A.
today we found our all database are mounted on server B all database in failed and suspended mode,
I wanted to know the reason why it happens.
why all database failed and suspended mode.
please guide me. I have already checked the Event Log, IIS log,
I am running a command "Cluster log /g /copy:LogFolder /span:120" but getting log for todays date. i want a cluster logs for 5 days.
