Cannot delete shared calender items created by others

Hi,

I have a user who has full rights so she can delete other users calender items on the comapny shared calendar. (Permissio has given through the Exchange manager). User's Outlook is 2010 & the Exchange server is 2003.

This is not happening when she uses OWA which she can delete any.

I have opened OUTLOOK on safe mode & tried but no luck. She logged in from another machine & she has the same issue!
