Outlook Anywhere connectivity issue with Exchange 2013

I have setup Exchange server 2013 for my company, mx record created and pointed to the mail server. Smart host is created to send emails. I can login and send / receive emails through outlook web access but I can't configure MS outlook 2010 for the users for outlook anywhere both internally and externally. I am not using any certificate now so at least it should work internally. but While configuring outlook, it keeps asking for a username and password, machine is joined to the domain. I tried all basic, NTLM and negotiate authentication methods but none of them works and keeps prompt me a username and password and never connects. I have two accepted domains, one primary for testing and the other as secondary.
Also I tried to connect through POP3, I can configure outlook and can receive mails but while sending, I am getting error 550.5.7.1 Unable to Relay.
