Problem: The Exchange alias for a user is not displayed (blank) when selecting the user from the global address book in outlook 2007.
Environment: 2 AD forests (Forest A is user/computer accts; Forest B is Exchange 2010) with Linked Mailboxes. Forest B consists of 3 MBX in a DAG, 2 CAS, and 2 HUB. Migration is complete from an Exchange 2003 org (single forest; multiple domains) using Quest Migration Manager.
Outlook is online (not in cached mode) and the Exchange alias does appear when using OWA. When new users are added, they appear in the GAL and OAB (outlook and OWA). It's only the Alias that is not displayed. Everything else seems to be working fine. Please help...
