We are having performance problems with Outlook using RPC over HTTP when connecting outside the LAN, the synchronization is very slow. If the remote users first establish a VPN connection to the LAN and then Outlook connect using MAPI they synchronize fine.
We have Exchange 2007 SP3 with Hub Transport, Client Access and Mailbox roles running on a Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64.
The strange thing is that everything was working fine until a few month ago, any ideas?
