Scenario: We have an Exchange 2010 hosted in a Datacenter for customer X. The users connect to the their "Private Hosted Exchange" from the office and outside to check their e-mails.
Problem: Recently the certificate has been renewed (GoDaddy). From the time that the certificate has been renewed we are experiencing the following problem:
a. Macs (not PCs) are having trouble to connect to the Exchange Server using autodiscover.
b. Some users are having issues to connect to the Exchange server to set their Out of Office using Outlook client
c. Some users are having problem to connect to their Free / busy information via Outlook client but can access same without any problem using OWA.
Request: Any hint what can be the problem and how to resolve same?
