Situation: Outlook 2010 clients connected to Exchange 2007 server.
After a repair of the exchange database some outlook clients give the message:
"Preparing outlook for first use. (5%) Retrieving mailbox settings...
And this message does not disappear anymore.
OWA mail works fine so it must be outlook or client related.
Things I have tried:
remove the ost file in the user profile
remove the mail profile from the client pc
So if anyone has any idea that would be much appreciated ;-)
