In an older version of Outlook, using Microsoft Exchange Server, I seem to remember that we were able to display our system files, thereby allowing the ability to drag emails into client subdirectories to be saved. Now that we are on Office 365, I am not locating a way to add the system directories into outlook.
Does anyone have any idea?
