Environment :-Exchange 2010 ,Outlook 2010

The following error is observed when the user tries to open his mailbox in online mode  :-

Cannot open your default email folders Microsoft exchange is not available.Either there are network problems or the exchange server is down for maintanence.

Cached exchange mode :-

Cannot open your default email folders.You must connect to Microsoft exchange with the current profile before you can synchronise the curent folders with your outlook data file (.ost)
