I've created a new shared calendar on our Exchange server, however when someone books a resource they do not receive the dialog box that says "The resources for the meeting were successfully booked." I've followed the tutorial here on a user's machine:

but it did not solve the issue. Is there another setting I need to change to show this window?
We are running Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007.
