We are running Exchange 2010 and Oulook 2010 ver 14.0.6123.5001 (32-bit), we provide Oulook to our customer via Citrix, so all users are on the same version. the Outlook Calendar and Task events have stopped popping up for some of our users.
We have tried the "/clearcalendarevents" switch (this did not work). We switched some of these users to a cashed exchanged mode and that has fixed the problem for them but we do not want to do this for the other users and we would like to turn this off
for all users receiving Outlook through Citrix.
