Dear All,
I'm new to exchange and I've to 2 question, they might been asked before but in different ways. So please help me with a good practices.
Our company have 12 years external mail server "ABC.com" probably hosted in US, and we are facing quota limit.
Recently they asked me to deploy exchange on one of our server, I've a domain "ABC.ae" so I deployed exchange 2013 on windows server 2012R2.. The reason why we'll use the new mail, because we'll solve the limitation as well we'll use it internally. However we can not discard the existing one since our clients using it along time ago.
I need to receive all my email from ABC.com to ABC.ae and send from ABC.ae on behalf of ABC.com, like bridge or relay or whatever the name.. and I have no static IP and I'm not sure whether this is an issue or has related to this case
.......................
Also my OWA is working perfect and i tested internally email without any problem or delay, I've outlook 2013 with ABC.com account, when i add my exchange ABC.ae account it work fine for a couple of minute and then it disconnect from the server "TRY TO CONNECT TO EXCHANGE" if i remove the account and added it again it work fine also for a couple of minute and then disconnect.. I digged into that issue and I got several error logs and most of the error related to ResourceHealth and a lot of people talked about cumulative update and i installed CU3, most of the error/warning disappear except the 6002, and then someone told me to import certificate since you are using ssl maybe that will solve the problem and since i have no static IP even-though when i request a certificate from external provider it says host not found then maybe I'll deploy CA server and issue a certificate but if this will help
I did nothing but (adding ABC.com to the accepted domain along with the default ABC.ae, configure internet smtp * on send connector and created mailbox"
So please help me with a good practice
And so Sorry for the bad English
Thanks and Best regards
