I got a problem that is really giving me an headache. After a 2007 to 2013 cross-forest migration, every user affected got to login correctly into OWA, except one single user.
All the system says is "username or password are incorrect. Please try again"; problem is, I already reset the password for the issued user, checked that his account is not disabled and ensured replication occurred...nothing changed. He cannot
connect to Outlook, either. The issue occurs on various PCs in various subnets, all of which are connection-tested.
I already tried switching DBs, checking active directory attributes (the "do not require kerberos preauthentication" is unchecked, and adsi attributes seems all right when compared to a working user), re-replicating after a new password reset, retrying after a server switchover...nothing.
Please help, I ran out of ideas...
