Hi all,
I have been going CRAZY trying to set up Exchange for a company, who is coming from GoDaddy email. I finally got it configured. I set up send connectors, users, aliases, all of that fun stuff.
OWA works perfectly. My iPhone works perfectly. Now here's the problem:outlook will not connect to the exchange server!
Server: Windows 2008 R2, 8 Core 4.7GHz, 32GB Ram | Exchange 2013
First I tried to set it up on one of our older computers- a Windows XP machine with Outlook 2010. If I have caching on I get the following error:
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your Outlook data file (.ost)
So I tried disabling caching, which gives me the following error:
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance.
(This error shows with HTTP on or off)
So I tried another in-lan computer, with Windows 7. No luck. Then I tried an out-of-lan computer with Windows 7. No luck. I restarted the server, the router, and the computers. No luck. I disabled all firewalls, no luck. Exchange Connectivity Tester has all good.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
