Saving a new note crashes Outlook 2013

Hi,

When I create a new note in Outlook 2013 and close it to save, Outlook crashes and restarts. The note is saved when I go back into Outlook. Only happens when it is a new note and not when I edit a note.

Tried all the things in the link. Still crashed notes in Outlook 2013.
Installed all the hotfixes. Still crashed notes in Outlook 2013.
Disabled all startups. Still crashed notes in Outlook 2013.
Uninstalled AV. Still crashed notes in Outlook 2013.
Disabled all COM-ins. Still crashed notes in Outlook 2013.
Run in Outlook Safe mode. Still crashed notes in Outlook 2013.

I have an Exchange mailbox and a network .pst mailbox on the same Outlook 2013 profile. When I create a new note on the .pst mailbox it doesn't crash.

My computer is a Windows 8 Enterprise 64 bit build on SBS 2008 network.
