Hi,
Recently, one of our users has been complaining about the speed of Outlook 2010. When the user sends an e-mail, it takes a good 20 seconds to send when normally instant. In addition, searching contacts is also painfully slow to the point where it is quicker to scroll through manually.
Something I noticed is that in the bottom right, it says Online with Microsoft Exchange. Normally I would expect it to sayConnected to Microsoft Exchange as it does with all our other clients. If I log in to the affected user on my computer and fire up Outlook 2010, it seems to work as normal (Sends e-mails and searches quickly) and also saysConnected to Microsoft Exchange.
I tried both cache mode and non-cache mode but the issue doesn't go away.
Is there something specific I am missing? We are using Exchange 2013 and all clients are Outlook 2010.
ThanksTom
