We recently migrated to Exchange 2013. We are using Outlook 2010 clients. When some clients open a shared calendar they get a free/busy error followed by "cannot connect to exchange server". However their email is working so I know they are connected. I've given 6 users full access rights to this mailbox. All users can see the calendar but only 3 users can make changes. The 3 users that cannot make changes can sometimes close outlook, reopen it and can make one change in the calendar. After that the free/busy error pops up again. Any ideas on how to make the permissions stick? Thanks!
