I have a new install of 2012 server/Exchange 2013, all users can send/receive email fine except one user. They haven't received email in over a week, OWA mailbox access is fine and shows the same email as outlook. When sending an email from the affected mailbox using OWA it shows a msg 'the message can't be sent right now. please try again later.'
When you send this mailbox an email you get no bounce back messages, if you go to delivery reports in ECP and do a search for emails delivered to the mailbox it shows the emails that where sent but if you open the report it says 'delivery report information for this message is not available because the message went to a email system that cannot be tracked'...........well thats odd because it was send from the administrators internal OWA mailbox to a mailbox on the same server.
have checked mailbox limits which were set to unlimited. mailbox store file is at 8 gig.
thinking I might need to delete the mailbox and start again.
