I'm not sure if this is in the right area, but we recently replaced our Comcast modem and now although our computers can get files off the server and access the internet, our website is down and Outlook doesn't work. We've called the people who handle
IT for our server and they told me they were dispatching someone ... 6 hours ago. We have Outlook 2013. I think our static IP address might have changed - could that influence how Outlook accesses the exchange? Is there anything else I could
check?
