Hi
We have an Exchange 2013 setup with two Mailbox servers and two CAS servers.
This is planned to be a multi-tenancy system running multiple email domains. Obviously this causes issues with SSL as not all the domains are going to be on the SAN certificate. I have configured autodiscover redirection sitesin IIS and when I run things through the MS Remote Connectivity Analyzer site I get the green light to say all is okay.
The problem I have is that external Outlook users still get the security alert saying that there is a problem with the certificate as it doesn't match the name of the site. I was under the impression that once the redirection site was in place that this message wouldn't appear and I would just get the warning that I was being redirected (which I can tick to not show again). Everything appears to work okay but the alert is just one of those things that would be better avoided.
What am I doing wrong or is this certificate warning always shown now?
Many thanks
Simon
