Exchange 2010 outlook anywhere not working

Hi,

Am facing problem related to outlook anywhere connectivity from yesterdays. We have installed local enterprise root ca and certificates are generated from the CA which is assigned to owa. We are using this scenario from last one year and its working fine. From yesterday we are facing connectivity issue with outlook anywhere.

I tested connectivity with https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com 

	Testing RPC/HTTP connectivity.
	The RPC/HTTP test failed.
	Test Steps   Attempting to resolve the host name mail.avendus.com in DNS.   The host name resolved successfully.   Additional Details Testing TCP port 443 on host mail.avendus.com to ensure it's listening and open.   The port was opened successfully. Testing the SSL certificate to make sure it's valid.   The SSL certificate failed one or more certificate validation checks.   Test Steps   The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer is attempting to obtain the SSL certificate from remote server mail.avendus.com on port 443.   The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer successfully obtained the remote SSL certificate.   Additional Details Validating the certificate name.   The certificate name was validated successfully.   Additional Details Certificate trust is being validated.   Certificate trust validation failed.   Test Steps   The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer is attempting to build certificate chains for certificate CN=mail.avendus.com, OU=IT SUPPORT, O=Avendus Capital Pvt Ltd, L=Mumbai, S=Maharashtra, C=IN.   A certificate chain couldn't be constructed for the certificate.   Additional Details
