I have read previous threads and can't seem to find the solution. our client called today that all the bounced emails are not coming to the inbox, neither to the spam filter of their outlook,however when i logged in the webmail of the host emails i can see
the bounced emails there in the inbox,
we are recieving emails with pop3 connect to the exchange, and our emails is hosted somewhere outside the organisation, can someone please advise if this kind of filter to disable or allow bounced emails ?
