Outlook client cannot access into Exchange 2007.

Hi all,

 From user's PC, open Outlook (2k7, 2k3, 2k10)profile, and then the screen display as the picture for some profiles:

 I used these profies for a long time, but at this morning, some users cannot open them. I'll try delete those profiles and re-create but this issue has still occured.

Please help me to solve it.

Notes:

1. My exchange 2k7 is primary domain,

     exchange 2k10 is additional domain.

Network: 103.20.76.x

2. Window PC: Win 7 pro Sp1.

net work: 10.28.197.x
