I have an SBS Server 2008, running Exchange 2007 SP3 update rollup 10. Everything was working fine but now Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010 clients cannot access their out of office though Outlook. the dreaded unable to connect to server issue. One user also has Out of Office stuck on even if they try and turn it off through OWA. There are many articles on here and the autodiscover service (tested in outlook) appears to be online and totally valid. Successful responses to autodiscover
