We have two different forests one is test.com and second is asd.com both are having transitive trust (two way trust) for DC as well as exchange server. Details are as below
Test.com forest having exchange with name ex01.test.com
Asd.com forest having exchange with name exo1.asd.com
1:-We are migrating user from asd.com to test.com with user mailbox; here some of asd.com user is facing issue with outlook like whenever they connect outlook through HTTPS on that time the outlook exchange server name setting automatically is replacing to ex01.test.com exchange server. Why?
Temp. Solution :In the case manually we need to make entry for ex01.asd.com exchange server in the asd.com user’s machine for outlook.
Is there any permanent solution for fixing the automatic exchange server name replacing in outlook.
Note: Some of users are located both domain with same SID and same credential.
2:-Some of asd.com user getting NDR whenever they are sending to mail test.com all mail id
For this issue we are clearing cache for outlook or deleting offline address book file or creating new profile for asd.com user but its not permanent solution
Please help us for above issue.
Note: Before Migration it was working fine.
