The company I work for has 300 users. Environment exists of Exchange 2013 server with update CU22 and Outlook 2010 clients on a Windows 2016 server with Citrix Xenapp 7.16.
Users experience problems with calendar appointments on regular bases. When they create one and invite some colleagues and a shared calendar for example, it could be that the invitation doesn't show up in some of the calendars. This problem does not always occur.
Users also complain about not being able to accept an appointment invitation, or unable to delete an appointment. Sometimes using OWA to delete an appointment does work.
What could cause this behaviour?
I looked into the eventlogs. In the application log I see eventide 2002 popping up a lot. Could this cause the problems?

I will fix this warning later this week. Office 2010 will be upgraded later this year.
