I had given full mailbox access permission for user A to
access user B mailbox and calendar and it was fine since yesterday but all of sudden, now User A is
unable to access user B and it is showing the below error;
Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. The operation failed. An object
cannot be found.

I have a problem with some clients on my forest environment.
The organization is working with a single forest and a single domain. Windows 2012 R2 Active Directory with 2 dc with Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard OS.
I have exchange 2010 standard on windows 2012 Standard Server as a member of the domain.
I have outlook 2013 and 2010 on the clients computers,
I have moved on 04/2015 the 200 mailboxes from exchange 2003 Enterprise to this exchange 2010 Standard.
I keep getting this message on some clients " The Microsoft Exchange administrator has made a change that requires you quit and restart Outlook " when the user first do a login to the computer and opens outlook.
I have enabled logging on the client and this is the output: Please Help.

Web app not syncing
I'm using a combination of www.outlook.com, the android outlook app and the web app.
emails sent in the web app are not showing up on outlook.com or my mobile.
plus emails opened in the web app are being deleted from outlook.com and the mobile app.

Send email via Outlook Task
Hi,
When I create a share task via outlook,
the other person which I shared with, can send email via the task in my behelf,
when he click the send task status.Even that the person doesn't have permission to send on my name any email, using this he can do it.
very security issue.
any idea how to block that option?

Office 2013 "Working Elsewhere" not viewable in Scheduling Assistant
Hey
I have a problem with appointments that have the Show As option as "Working Elsewhere". When someone tries to use the scheduling assistant and selects someone who has an appointment set to "Working Elsewhere" the appointment is not visible at all in Scheduling Assistant. If the person changes the appointment to Busy or Out of Office is becomes visible again to the person using Scheduling Assistant. Outlook 2013 and Exchange Server 2010 with the latest updates installed are being used in our Environment. Is this type of behaviour by design or is it something else like using Exchange 2010 that doesn't support it fully?

EWS issue: SentToChangeAndSaveCopy parameter in Appointment.Update method does not work

While it is mentioned its an expected behavior for EWS, its not the same for native outlook client.
Can anyone give inputs on why there is difference in behavior.
Also, using EWS how can we restrict sending the notification to all when we have one or more invitees in the meeting as externals.

Cached mode on 6 months, option to download more from exchange is missing?
Good afternoon,
I've got Outlook cached mode on 6 months. Usually when you're at the end of your emails you should get the option to download more from exchange, but there is no such option even though I've got emails that go back to 2011 in Office 365.
Installed Outlook on a different computer and it does work there with the same email account.
I do not want to set the cache mode on 'all' or 12 months.
Does anyone have a clue, am I missing an option?

Outlook 2007 failing to conect to Exchange server 2013
I have deployed Exchange server 2013, i am having few problems with client connectivity especially outlook.
1. Computers using outlook 2007 are failing to connect, can not open the folder....
2. am frequently getting the autodiscover popping up complaining about the certificate name not with the computer name, which is irritating users. how can this be smoothly done , I might have missed something.
NB: We have purchased the SSL certificate Digicert and on the local clients computer the certificate that is coming up is the one on this SSL certificate gotten from Digicert, and not the local name of the mail server, I guess that where the error is coming up.
But thats the case how can I make client computers locally use the self-signed certificate that matches the mail server name?

Share Calendar and Calendar Permissions grayed out?
We have recently downloaded Office 2013 in our office and are trying to figure out a way to collaborate our calendars. I know that emailing them is an option and as of now it's the only option we have because the "Share Calendar" button is grayed out.
Our emails are IMAP, not POP, so I guess I'm not sure why the Share Calendar option isn't available to us?
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The attempt to ping the MAPI Mail Store endpoint endpoint failed
Hi,
We have just moved from Exchange 2010 to 2013 (completely new organisation/ad, there were lots of problems with the old one). All roles are performed by a single server (budgets). Everything went perfectly however Outlook cannot connect, creating a new profile finds the settings via Autodiscover (via 3rd party cert) but then the following error occurs:
(There were images before, but apparently I am not allowed to post any images so apologies for the typing out)
The action could not be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
The check name doesn't work and the account cannot be created (and from what I have read Exchange 2013 doesn't support non-autoconfigure connections anymore).
Before I enabled Outlook anywhere any Outlook connections would just constantly ask for credentials, however I can't go back now it seems. Does Exchange 2013 only support RPC via HTTP connections for Outlook? That is something new if true.
Then I checked https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ and the following is displayed:
Attempting to ping the MAPI Mail Store enpoint with identity xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxx@domain.com:6000
The attempt to ping the endpoint failed
The RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE error (0x6ba) was thrown by the RPC Runtime process.
Cue some intensive Googling (sorry Binging?) and several suggestions were found to resolve the issue from various threads here and blog posts:
- Add IP SERVER to the hosts and lmhosts.sam files
- Disable IPv6
- edit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Rpc\RpcProxy\ValidPorts to everything I could think of:
- NETBOIS:593;NETBOIS:49152-65535;FQDN:49152-65535;localhost:49152-65535;Outlook anywhere FQDN:49152-65535;
- Telnet into port 6001, 6002 and 6004 from the server. This throws an interesting result:
- Port 6001: ncacn_http/1.0 (which seems fine)
- Port 6002: can't connect
- Port 6004: can't connect
This looks to be my issue, but I can't see why it's not connecting and I don't know how to check any further. The other thing is the Remote Connection Analyser is looking for port 6001 and it can't connect.
Any help is much appreciated, I think I have tried everything I can think of and have reached the end of my intelligence.

Can't attach files
I just upgraded my Windows operating system the other day, and now all of a sudden when I login to my Outlook email account for work, I cannot attach anything to my emails. I click on the paperclip icon to attach something, and nothing happens. This is
very frustrating as I need to be able to send files for work. How do I get this resolved?

Autodiscover fails after mailbox move
Hello,
Environment: existing exchange 2010 org, with new Exchange 2013 introduced. Clients are Outlook 2013. Clients can connect to all mailbox on the 2010 Server, also can connect to new mailboxes on the 2013 Server. But if I move an existing mailbox from the 2010 Server to the 2013 server Outlook cannot connect anymore, because autodiscover fails. Both servers use the same autodiscover settings, SCP contains the same URL.

Update: I've just installed an Outlook 2010 for testing purposes and it is working! From this point it may be rather a client side problem than a server side...

Outlook freeze issue

Many users online mode users are facing outlook freeze issue after recent Windows update.
Sometime authentification screen shows up and then security add-in stops when outlook restarts.
I'm not sure if it's related to that addin

Room Finder shows available rooms, but not all the time or for everyone
Room Finder shows available rooms, but not all the time or for everyone. Users on Outlook 2010. Exchange 2010 (sorry, I didn't find a 2010 forum, but I'm desperate).
Brand new room list (C) and rooms (c1, c2, c3...) created months ago (OAB has been updated, even manually on affeted PCs). GAL also update, just in case.
User #1 has full access to the shared calendar.
User #2 has Publishing Editor to the shared calendar.
1. User #1 opens an existing meeting (X) from a shared calendar (not a room).
2. There are people invited to the meeting already.
3. User selects Room List C.
Room Finder shows no rooms available.
4. User opens the rooms in her calendar view. She can clearly see there are rooms available at meeting X date/time.

Now, User #2 repeats steps 1 – 3 and Room Finder works fine.
Also, User #1 opens a different meeting from the same shared calendar and room finder shows room available just fine.
In Summary: Room Finder will show no rooms available only for a number of users, at random dates/times, if they have opened an existing meeting from a shared calendar.

Every time I try and setup a user to his outlook I get this message. I check the Exchange management console and his mailbox is there but I am unable to connect to it and I cant even connect using OWA.

I am a student at The Ohio State University. I configured Outlook 2013 to check my EXCHANGE SERVER. It was successfully configured. However, outlook RANDOMLY disconnects to my EXCHANGE SERVER. I have been experiencing this for a month.
After I restart my computer, outlook will connect to my email again, but it will still disconnect to my email randomly at another time the day after
