User can not able to send email via Outlook when outlook is in Cached Mode on behalf of for Shared Mailbox even though user has full permission and Send as permission But can able to send email when Outlook is in Online mode.
So far i deleted local cache, recreate user outlook profile, download Global address book still the same.
Environment : Exchange 2010 and Outlook 365
