I have one user in the organization, suddenly has lost connection to his mailbox. When we try to create a new outlook profile, we are presented with a message that reads "The action cannot be completed. The name cannot be matched to a name in the address
list."
If I try to configure his Outlook profile manually, I get, "Log onto Exchange ActiveSync mail server (EAS): The server cannot be found."
The user is not hidden from address lists. The user passes the Outlook active sync in the Exchange connectivity analyzer. Office has been repaired. Windows credentials in credential manager have been removed.
