Since upgrading to Outlook 2013 I have had one problem...
In my outlook profile, I have two separate exchange accounts with different domains (Fake domains below):
username@domain1.com
username@domain2.com
In my machine I have separate certificates installed that I use for S/MIME for each account. When I would send from Outlook 2010, the email address that I was sending in the FROM field would always match the right certificate in the user store on my
PC, and appropriately sign the message or encrypt as desired.
With Outlook 2013, only the 2nd account installed in the profile can find the certificate. The 1st account lets me know that there are no valid certificates, which is incorrect. "Microsoft Outlook cannot sign or encrypt this message because you have no certificates which can be used to send from your e-mail address."
I'm forced to use two separate profiles but I would rather have everything in one profile so I can use multiple address books and calendars easily.
Anyone have a fix to this problem? No matter what I do trying to build separate SMIME profiles, defaults, etc - 2013 can't find the 2nd cert.
