URGENT: I am suddenly getting "this account does not have an outlook web app mailbox" with Exchange Online and Outlook says "Disconnected"

I ran Windows updates on PCs yesterday. This morning none of the Outlook accounts can access Exchange Online. I am getting "this account does not have an outlook web app mailbox" with Exchange Online and Outlook says "Disconnected".

I have checked on Office365.com and the licenses are active. And the user accounts are associated to appropriate mail boxes. But I cannot access them locally on Outlook or via OWA.

Please help!
