Here's what's happening: certain room accounts are used for "secret" meetings by senior managers, but since everyone has a right to book to those rooms, we have heard that people can look at the details of these meetings even though they are
not invitees. In at least a couple cases, the meetings were Lync meetings and there is suspicion that some users were able to click the link in the meeting and join a Lync conference they weren't invited to. I'm looking for a way to restrict the room accounts
in one swell foop, so that only Free/Busy time, subject and location are visible.
