I get copies of all invite forms. They were sent to a folder via a rule until I got a new job and am no longer that person's secretary. Here is the detail: I still get copies of all the invite forms so I can work as a backup secretary if the new person
is sick. Rule does not move items into the folder anymore. I see that I am not the named "optional" person on the invite (the new secretary is) so how do I get the items to automatically move into the folder?
