I have Outlook 365 thru work (Exchange server). Unable to recall any messages sent, even though the other user has not opened the email The client is open, but the email was not opened. Have had the problem, since Outlook 2007. This is only referencing emails that are sent thru the Exchange server. The other user(s) can do the the recalls, but I am unable to do so. Some help on this would be greatly appreciated, as our own support desk is unable to provide a resolution to this.
