Hi,
Recently, I install Exchange 2013 with the planning to migrate from Exchange 2010. I had created a few test accounts to test the mail flow between both Exchange servers and externally. Everything was working fine except that if the outlook client if configure without cached mode, the test account can't connect to Exchange 2013. With cached mode, I can see the status connected to exchange, but unable to send email as both online and offline address book were unavailable. I tried to perform the send/receive to download the offline address book, I get the error of object not found. When I check the connection status, I noticed that the directory was disconnected.
I had checked the outlook client setting to ensure that the encryption connection is checked, and also recreated the offline address book and verified that the generation was successfully. I was able to access the url of the offline address book.
Using Outlook Anywhere, everything was working fine as I'm able to browse the address book online.
Could anyone advise me, what could be the problem and if not, any place I could look for possible problem that cause this behavior.
Thanks.
