ll of sudden 2 of laptop users are facing issue with their and outlook connecting to Exchange server.
when they are in corporate network outlook works fine.
but when they try to access it from other network ( from home or some remote location)
they are getting below error
There is a problem with the proxy server’s security certificate. The security certificate is not from a trusted certifying authority.
Outlook is unable to connect to the proxy server [servername] (Error Code 8).
Outlook configuration is as below
Windows 7 Professional
Outlook 2010
Please suggest how to resolve this error so users can connect overs RPC over HTTPS(outlook anywhere)
we are using self sign certicate issues by our internal CA
