We are moving mailboxes from Exchange 2007 to 2010 and we have gotten this message:
"Cannot open your default e-mail folders. Microsoft Exchange is currently busy. If this message is still displayed in 30 minutes, contact your Exchange Administrator."
What would cause this? We've moved 1,000s of mailboxes and have not see this.
This user has Outlook configured in Online versus cached mode, any relation?
