Outlook 2016 Professional Plus (NOT 365) Not Showing OneDrive Attachments Sent From Outlook 365

Windows 10 1511 with all updates

Outlook 2016 Professional Plus with all updates

Someone sends us a file from their OneDrive in Outlook 365.

On Windows 2003 Terminal Server in Outlook 2010, the link appears. Under Outlook 2016 on Windows 10, the link does not appear. However you CAN see the link should be there in the inbox preview. It also shows correctly on other clients such as Mail on iPhone.

The link says "<name> has shared a OneDrive file with you. To view it, click the link below."

My understanding is that it WAS working and so maybe recent updates which has caused it?

I have confirmed that the sender is using the most recent version of
