Exchange 2010 activesync issue android 4.1

Hi,

We are running Exchange 2010 SP2  when ever users using phones with android 4.1 and above is not able to sync with Exchange

it is always showing waiting  but nothing happens.

Is there any solution for this  we are already on Exchange 2010 SP2 and tried methods seen in Google but still not.
