Event 9646 : Mapi session with client type MoMT exceeded the maximum of 500 objects of type Folder.

Hi Team,

Event 9646 : Mapi session with client type MoMT exceeded the maximum of 500 objects of type Folder.

I have started receiving the error on Hybrid Exchange server with all roles with Event 9646 for a shared Mailbox accessed by 70 odd users. 

Is there a way i can get the session details users who causing this issue, what are the ideal limits for same on Exchange 2013.
