I have a issue about Outlook 2013 connected different mailbox. I created a outlook profile (called profile1) and configured outlook anywhere to Exchange 2010 Server. And Created other Outlook profile (Called Profile2) but it is configured different setting of anywhere to Exchange 2013. Both Exchange Sever is different location, no relationship, not same forest and domain.
When I login to Profile2 and entered username password, waiting a mins, other login prompt come up but unable to login. Under investigated that asking password is profile1 account. I check Outlook connection status, it connected Exchange 2010 Server and type is "Exchange Mail". There is no relationship of both Exchange Server but I do not know why. I updated all patch in Outlook 2013 but no luck. Finally to solution the problem is delete profile1.
Anyone who encountered same issue and any suggestion to us. For short period, user need to two profiles on their workstation.
