Exchange emails that are being received are automatically being marked as read. The client is using the outlook web application to access their emails. This is inconvenient because it makes it hard to keep track of what emails have been read and acknowledged
verses new one coming in. We have changed the "mark as read" options to mark read after being displayed for 5 seconds, and have tried "do not mark as read" but that has not fixed this issue. Any recommendations?
