We setup a public folder for shared contacts for our local church on Office 365 Business Essentials for Nonprofits.
Everything worked well to start with when I tested it as the initial owner but after granting other users permissions it stopped working.
Shared contacts in a public folder, which are accessed through OWA | People | "Other contacts" (after having been added to Favourites etc initially comes up with "Your request can't be completed right now. Please try again later" error
then after a long delay displays the first 50 contacts, instead of the full list.
I tried to deleted some of the list and checked all contacts but it just changes to another 50 contacts being displayed and no more.
All permissions for the test shared accounts are set to owner I and have tried different browsers (IE11/Chrome/Edge) and different windows versions 7 & 10 but it comes up with the same response from the MS Office 365 online servers.
This appears to be a bug coming from the Microsoft Server end but it is somewhat frustrating since my only other option is to set up each user's account with a copy of the "My Contacts" one by one... then if there are any changes, it would mean editing
each user contacts.
Also, when searching for contacts in OWA's People or Outlook it does not have an option to search in all contacts (including Contact, Directory, & Other Contacts)
Do Google Apps clients have these types of issues?
