We have recently migrated from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013. There are no problem migrating an existing mailbox. However, when a new user is created on Exchange 2013, they attempt to open Outlook and they receive a "server is unavailable
offline" message. If you examine their profile, the email address is filled in the "Your Name" box and the email address field is blank. I've spent a few hours searching the web and cannot find a similar issue. It's as if auto
discover is working but just not populating the correct fields. Populating the email address in the correct field solves the problem but I don't want to do this manually every time we add a new user.
