Hi all,
I have currently setup a new testing environment to learn on, but I am having some problems with Exchange 2012 and Outlook 2013.
Up until around 2 hours ago I could open Outlook and not have any problems or errors appear, But now when I open outlook, (On a local computer connected to the domain) I get the following error....
There is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate. The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the target site mail.xx-xxx.co.uk
Outlook is unable to connect to proxy server. (Error Code 10)
So far I have deleted the certificates and reinstalled the ones that get requested when opening outlook, this did not work. I have created a new outlook profile as well, also failed. I have tried to un-tick "Connect to exchange server via http" on the settings page as well, but it just returns at ticked.
I come across a few other post stating that you need to buy an SSL Certificate. Well I do not agree with that as I am only trying to access outlook on a local computer connected to the domain, plus it worked perfectly fine before.
anyone got any ideas on why this might have happened? Is there a setting in the exchange ECP that I might have changed?
Any help on this would be great!
Thanks
