I've created a calendar in Outlook 2010 to share with others in my work group. (We all are on the same network using the same platform.) We wanted to be able to color-code different items in the calendar to make them stand out. Basically to use it like an editorial calendar. I created "conditional formatting" and "conditions" for certain words in the subject line. The problem is when I share the calendar with others they don't see the colors I created. This is very critical that they see what I see.
We tried going to date file properties and selecting the "upgrade to color categories" which doesn't work. They still do not see the color-codes.
Is there another option that does not involve me having to go to mutliple computers and install the conditional formatting on each single system!
This is ridiculous and I'm very, very frustrated with Outlook at the moment! Please, please provide me with a solution that can be done simply and easily!
