This is my scenario:
I had a fully functional Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment and yesterday Outlook clients started to have some sending and receiving errors.
The problem spread and the hub servers queues started to be flooded with undelivered messages with the following problem:
"432 4.3.2STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:AccessDeniedException.MapiExceptionNoAccess; Failed to process message due to a transient exception with message Cannot open mailbox"
I did some googling and found some posts that oriented me to change the "RPC Client Access" service credentials of my Client Access servers to "Local System".
At first it solved the Outlook sending and receiving problems, but now Outlook users are constantly asked for their credentials and even they hist the cancel button nothing seems to stop working.
What should I do? Nothing was changed and out of the blue I need to change the service credentials ? Does any one knows why this happened?
