We have users who are sharing one PC and to log to this PC they use the same generic account, they do not use their accounts when login in to the computer. So when they open OWA on this PC most of the time it randomly closes and gets back to the login
screen. Told them to login using their accounts and open owa to see if they get the same issue and they say No. But they need to use the generic account when login in to the PC. Has some one seen this kind of issue ? Is there where I can start tracing
the problem ? PC is windows 7 IE 10
