OWA TimeZone (Depending on Users OU)

This is for Exchange 2010 OWA

[PS]Get-Mailbox -OrganizationalUnit“emea.company.local/User Accounts/UK” | Set-MailboxRegionalConfiguration -Language“en-GB"-DateFormat“dd/MM/yyyy” -TimeFormat“HH:mm” -TimeZone“???”

I have the following code to set the default Language and Date Format on all users in a OU but I would like to also add the TimeZone to this but what Format would I use?

Would it be the same as windows
“(UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London”
