Hi,

We have just had one of Exchange 2013 Mailbox Server go down and it is now going to stay offline as we have 2 more Mailbox Servers running in a DAG. The problem that we are facing is that users using OWA are still connecting to the old server that is somehow still caching somewhere as it can also be seen in our Admin Console.

Here is the error message in the Http traffic log file that we are getting from certain users:

Also we can see the Offline address book is still sitting on the old server that has gone down and we have tried to create a new address book for the other server but it still links it back to the old server.

For some of our user they are not having these problems it is only a hand full of users.

I have tried looking around on the net but have not found any information where I dont delete all the Exchange files in AD as if we do this it may cause us more problems with the other 2 servers. Does anyone know how I could solve this problems?

Thanks
